13 TIPS FOR WEALTH BUILDING

To be wealthy means the state of being rich or being balance financially and materially. Wealth is gradually built and not stumbled upon and for you to be wealthy and called successful in the society, you must ensure the following:

1. You must first identify your talent and develop that talent to the best of your ability.

2. Do not spend more than you earn. If there is need for you to borrow money, borrow to invest in a business.

3. Learn to save money no matter how little from whatever you earn now as money attracts money (money is a spirit).

4. Create for yourself multiple sources of income. Do not depend on your salary job alone and expect to increase your wealth or succeed. Diversify!!!

5. Take calculated risks (risk you can manage). Do not just look at the profit of a business alone, but take your time to analyze the cost effect of any business you want to invest in. Always ask yourself that; in case of any eventuality, can I survive?

6. Do not procrastinate. Passing Over Opportunity Regularly (POOR) make you poor. Take action immediately.

7. Learn to invest. For you to increase your wealth, you must be an investor. However, do not put your money in any business you don’t understand or know nothing about.

8. Increase your financial intelligence through wealth empowerment courses, seminars and reading of various books.

9. Learn to budget. Distinguish between your NEEDS and WANTS. Always prioritize your needs and expenditure, do not allow your expenditure to surpass your income.

10. Write down your financial goals (what you want to achieve within a stipulated period of time) in hierarchical order. Aspire to achieve these goals and check as you achieve them.

11. Belong to a Network or a group of growing up and successful entrepreneurs.

12. Get ideas and information from e-Books, magazines, seminars and trainings. Develop on these ideas and information by putting what you have learnt or read into practice.

13. Above all, put God first in whatever business you are doing or want to do. Partner with God and let His fear be in you. Seek Him always and NEVER have the intention to dupe anybody.
